Drive to Hawke's Bay, New Zealand

The drive along hwy 2 to Hawke's Bay was fantastic. We were looking forward to seeing the esteemed growing area and dining in the area's restaurants. We came across many farm stands selling mostly avocadoes, strawberries, citrus and kumara.

All these wonderful photos and descriptions of NZ are bringing back memories. I have had so much reading your posts. I am catching up. I thought I had gotten sophisticated and added you to my RSS feed, but that was not the case. Situation now remedied.
